Naagoshi Island was a master planning design of one of the Maldivian Islands that was required for the purchase of the Island for tourism development. It consisted of 2 luxury hotels, 5 star and 7 star as well as a harbor, retail component, staff and back of house operations.
Master planning for this large scale 23 tower development included design reviews of international award winning architects, infrastructure from desert sand to fully serviced stands and co-ordination of all key players.

Swiss company Endress + Hauser outgrew their space in Sandton. The site was redesigned converting and upgrading the existing building to the warehouse and industrial side of the business and constructing a new office headquarter and auditorium above a 2 storey parkade. The existing big trees were relocated to the green space between the buildings.
The design of Afrihost HQ Building in Rivonia was a major alteration and addition to an outdated 80’s office building. The old dilapidated building was transformed into a high tech 3D brand and functional office and entertainment area for staff and clients.
